Schedule Highlights

🛠 Tool Drive & Arrival (8:30 AM – 9:30 AM) – Drop off tools to support Cultiv8Community and check in for the event.
☕ Welcome (9:30 AM – 10:00 AM) – Enjoy coffee and snacks, and learn more about Cultiv8Community through interactive displays.
🌱 Service & Farm Exploration (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM) – Participate in small group service projects and explore the farm.
🍽 Lunch & Celebration (12:00 PM – 1:30 PM) – BBQ lunch provided, followed by updates from Lead Cultivator/CEO Rob Spencer on Cultiv8Community's impact.
📋 Volunteer Training (1:30 PM – 2:30 PM) – Get trained by Cultiv8Camp Director Ashlea Mattoon for upcoming Cultiv8Camp Field Trips, including hands-on demos and Q&A.
🔚 Closing Remarks (by 3:00 PM) – Wrap up with next steps for volunteers.
